Lefkada

Lefkada belongs to the islands of the Ionian Sea and has taken its name from the cape Lefkata of the island or as ancient Greeks called it Lefkas Petra or Lefkas Akra. It is one of the few islands of Greece (along with Evia) that is connected with the coast and in particular with Etoloakarnania with a floating bridge and is accessible by road. In Lefkada you will find beautiful sights, picturesque villages and beaches of stunning beauty with clear turquoise waters such as the famous beach of Porto Katsiki which is located on Lefkada's west coast.
