Georgios Theocharis

I was born in Vourvoura of the Prefecture of Arcadia of the Region of Peloponnese of Greece. I am a Graduate Civil Engineer (MSc) from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. I have established my professional practice in Tripoli of Arcadia where are located the H/Q of the Peloponnese Regional Administration since 1982. I was engaged in the design and implementation of numerous public and private infrastructure projects in many fields of expertise (land Surveying, structural, hydraulic, architectural, transportation and environmental). I have also been involved in the construction of a number of private projects as a construction manager. Part of my services rendered is the consultation on acquisition or selling of properties (consultant on Real Estate). In this context my services comprise the identification of the right property for my clients considering their accommodation or business needs as well their financial capacity. The fact that I was engaged for long in the development of building and civil works in my Region (Peloponnese) resulted that currently I am acknowledged as one of the more efficient property assessor locally.
