   In the frame of our statutory activity, namely the development of a real estate network in Greece with the franchise system, under the trademarks and distinctive features of RE/MAX INTERNATIONAL, we process your personal data (hereafter "Data"), which are provided to us by our network offices and their associated Real Estate Consultants / Sales Associates, who have received this data from you and transmit and disclose it to us only after your consent.Your Data refers to your name, address, contact details, and any other data you have notified to our network office and/or Real Estate Consultant/Sales Associate partnering with our network.

   Any refusal or omission to consent to the transmission of data to us, results in our failure to control, improve and deploy our network, and will also deprive us of the ability to communicate with us, which is important to us.


A. Legal basis and purposes of processing your Data


   We process your Data only after your consent and only for the following purposes:

1. We hereby disclose and process your Data (name and contact details) that are legally communicated between our network offices and/or real estate / sales consultants of our network in order to be able to check the best business network practices of the offices and consultants to help ensure faster, more transparent and more effective service.

2. We will disclose and process your personal data for statistical purposes, to manage, control and support the RE/MAX network in Greece to send you newsletters, news & announcements for new actions of  RE/MAX Europe, for promotions, events and any major developments in the real estate market and newsletters.

    We do not transmit your data to third parties.


B. Processing time of your Data


   We process your Data only for as long as your consent is valid.

  You may at any time ask us to stop processing your Data by communicating with us on the contact details above.


C. Rights and remedies


   Under applicable data protection laws, you have the right (i) to check whether and how we retain your personal data and to access or request copies of your personal data; (ii) request a correction, completion or deletion of your personal data that is inaccurate or obtained by means that do not comply with the applicable regulations, (iii) request to limit the collection, processing or use of your personal data; (iv) in exceptional cases forbidding for legitimate purposes the processing of your personal data, (v) request the transfer of your data, and (vi) request the deletion of your personal data.

   You can exercise these rights by sending an e-mail to or fax at 2310 340012 or by writing the forms that are available in our Company. In such a case, we respond to your request within one month, unless the request is very complex or there are plenty of similar requests.
