Marianna Gypaki

My name is Mariana Gypaki and I was born in the beautiful Chania of Crete. I studied to become kindergarten teacher because from my youth, I wanted to show my love and care for others, especially for children. Quite early, however, I switched to the field of sales, where for the first time, I had to deal with customer service and satisfaction. But the biggest change for me came when I found myself in the tourism industry, where I successfully performed the duties of Manager at Boutique Hotel, for several years. In this area, my capacity, flexibility, adaptability, as well as the ability to sense the needs of the customer, made me on my every day’s work to gain his trust, in order to have the perfect service for him as well as his satisfaction! In the recent years, however, I have been part of real estate "world". Working for RE/MAX, an American company, where the training of real estate sellers is continuous, the professionalism of all executives is given, the cooperation network of the company, both inside and outside Greece is very large, has as a result to create a dynamic, in combination with my above experience, which leads to consider that even the satisfaction of the most demanding customer is feasible (if not a given). I am pretty sure that very soon, even with the simplest cooperation with me, you will realize that there will be great interest and proper guidance in order for your property to become competitive, proper marketing planning for how we will succeed in its promotion, investigation of all potential buyers, patience but also perseverance along with flexibility and improvisation in order to achieve the desired result. I know that in my field, in order to manage the best result, apart from anything else, trust and mutual respect are required to be built. My success so far, in all my collaborations, has always been guided by the above two principles. I believe that I can guide you to make the right decision, either for buying or for renting a property, in such a dynamic and promising area like Chania, and not only.
